About Corana Virus (COVID-19)
Our employees have received instructions as issued by the Dutch Health Authorities and we have taken the following measures to prevent Coronavirus (COVID-19):
External appointments such as customer and supplier visits are postponed until after March 31.
External relations wishing to visit our location should be kept to a minimum.
Visits necessary for the daily continuity of our services continue unchanged under the following conditions:
- We ask visitors not to come if they or one of their family members have complaints such as a cold, cough, sore throat or fever, or if they or their family members have been tested on Corona and are still waiting for the result
- Don’t shake hands
- Keep distance from our employees
- Cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow
- Follow directions from our staff
We are ready to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and in the way you are used to from us, however, due to the coronavirus outbreak, delivery times may vary. Therefore pass your orders to us in time.
At the moment this is not yet the case, but due to unforeseen circumstances such as border controls, traffic jams and government interventions, delays can occur during transport. Transporters also indicate that there is a possibility that problems may arise with the availability of staff, as a result of which delivery times can no longer be guaranteed.
It is your task as our customer to keep us informed of any restrictions for unloading your order and / or whether there are additional hygiene measures at your unloading address.
We rely on your understanding and cooperation in this exceptional situation.
