HOW CAN I BECOME A CUSTOMER?

If you are interested in buying our products and are able to order the minimum required quantity of 1 (mix) pallet      (625 kg), go to the ‘Become a customer‘ page. 
Here you can find the form to register as a new customer. Please fill in this form and send it to our e-mail sales@ticasa.nl after which the sales department will contact you.

WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT PRICES?

You can find product prices on your pricelist, order confirmation and invoice. We do not mention prices on our website. This is because prices are based on delivery conditions, location and quantity.
If you are a customer and wish to receive prices, please contact us.
If you are a new customer and wish to receive prices, please register.

CAN I COME BY TO SEE THE PRODUCTS?

All procuct information can be found on our website, for extra information please contact us. 
If you still want to see the products physically after viewing them on our website, we kindly ask you to make an appointment prior to visiting. Without an appointment we won’t be able to receive you.
Appointments can be made Monday-Friday 09:00-16:00.

COVID 19 Update:
Because of the current exceptional circumstances regarding the COVID 19 virus, we currently do not receive visitors in our office. 

WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A RECEIVED PRODUCT OR MY DELIVERY?

If you have a problem regarding your delivery please contact us.
In case this regards damage or shortage on the shipment, you are obliged to inform the driver and mention this on the transport documents! Please contact  us asap so we can help sort the matter.

If you have a complaint regarding a product please contact us with sufficient information and photo’s of the problem.
