Working foreman – 40 hours per week

The assistant foreman is responsible for the daily work in the production, is responsible for the cold store and manages the team of production employees.
He is responsible for realizing high quality food products in our production within the specified time.
The daily work mainly consists of packing fish from our smokehouse and drying plant. Also glazing and cutting fish into pieces is part of the job.
Together with an enthusiastic team you make sure that the production areas stay clean and well organized. In consultation with the office you discuss the planning so that the various items are produced as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The foreman is also responsible for stock control, stock administration and quality control. Quality control includes identifying irregularities, damages and/or dangerous situations. Lastly, the foreman is responsible for maintenance and ensures that the processing hall is clean and tidy.

Quality control / QA employee – 40 hours per week

The Quality control/QA employee is responsible for preparing, maintaining and checking all labeling, performs entry and quality checks of all incoming goods and is co-responsible for compliance with food safety laws and regulations. In addition, the Quality employee is responsible for requesting and reviewing product specifications from suppliers and keeping the associated database current.

Production worker – 40 hours per week

The Production worker is responsible for independently realizing quality food products in our processing. In this position as a Production worker your daily tasks will mainly consist of packing fish from our own smoke- and drying facility. You will also glaze and steak fishes. You will do this together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues. Together with this team you make sure that the production areas stay neat and well organized. In consultation with the office, a schedule is agreed upon with the aim of prpducing the various items as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The Production Worker ensures stock control, stock administration and quality control. Quality control includes identifying irregularities, damages and/or dangerous situations. Lastly, the Production Worker takes care of maintenance, cleaning and tidying of the processing hall and other other materials.
